Getting it done over Christmas

After agreeing with a contemporary interior design to create a fresh, innovative display showroom for Bupa’s new office, Adform Shopfitting received the plans just before Christmas in 2012. A number of eco-friendly and recycled materials were incorporated. Eco panel wall cladding in the training room was made from recycled plastic bottles, while blinds were made from material that reduces heating and cooling costs. Posing a challenge was the fact there was?no goods or service lift, so all material elements of the build were tailored so they could be easily carried up five flights of stairs.

The Blinds Gallery needed a showroom that could best display its products and carry the business into the future of modern design. Adform Shopfitting was called upon to provide durable and easily interchangeable displays without compromising the individual look of the showroom. Among other details, indirect backlighting was installed to best display the products, effectively emulating sunlight and replicating the appearance of the blinds from inside the home. Working closely with Purely Electrics, Adform successfully completed the project within two weeks of receiving the approved plans. Adform Shopfitting has more than 20 impressive years of experience in the industry and is a specialist in retail shopfitting.
